GOBRICKS MOC 221120 FIREFLY - Serenity Crew

Although the Firefly "Brick Headz" look quite nice, getting them assembled requires some guesswork. The pdf instructions are quite poor. In step 49 the lower tile can't be fixed in place, because there are no other parts it can be connected to. It seems there are a couple of parts and a step in the instruction manual missing. In step 198 bricks can't be placed as indicated. You need to omit the blue 1x2 plate from step 190 to make the other parts fit. Assembling the hair for the Inara and Zoe figures is especially difficult. You can't always follow the instructions since that would mean you have to place parts in thin air without connection to other part. The connecting parts come later... Sometimes the parts you are supposed to place can not be seen in the instruction, because either the viewing angle or the focus of the instruction step are set wrongly. In addition to this, the colors in the manual deviate from the actual colors of the parts. Especially at the beginning you will have to guess as to what the color of the parts to be placed should be, e.g. dark brown, reddish brown, medium nougat, etc.
