First of all delivery to DE was in time and perfect (14Days) Second I would buy it again Key Facts -------------- - Size Baseplate 38,3 x 25,5 cm (48x32 studs), Building 36 x 27 x 20 cm, 1650+ Teile, Minifiguren scale but no Minifigs included - minor issues with clamping force (see below) - Build Time ~ 4 h (with custom changes) - Parts: complete, 40 leftover, no color issues, no stickers (all prints) - Instruction: printed, 90 pages, good paper, Wange typical instruction Construction: ----------------- - Partly Modular (roof - optical very nice details and nice color combination - The roof tiles in Chinese stile are awesome - Over all a great build with minor construction issues For Kids some parts are very difficult, because of to less clamping force or unhandy construction. If the model serves as display model it may be sufficient but for kids playing you need to do customizations Four part types are a little problematic - 1x6 Tile darkred, - 1x4 with 1x2 angle darkred , - 1x12 plate with holes black, - 2x1x2 Brick black. My improvements ----------------------- - Balcony stile elements fall apart ==> Fixed by adding 2x12 plates below the balcony - Balcony is hard to fix and can not be removed for playing ==> use some parts to make it stronger at the bottom, Balcony now removeable by change the construction a little - The roof is definitely a proof of your patience. ==> fixed by adding some parts to stabilize the over all construction Summary ------------ - Nice build with some issues. But would build it again. and want more of them
