Quan Guan 100277 M4A3 Sherman Medium Tank 105MM

Quan Guan's Sherman is a bit of a thing. First of all, it must be said that the parts are of neither bad nor good quality and, in fact, clamping force. If, like me, you've built 12GO before, you're a bit spoiled in that respect. Both are equally priced, but they differ greatly in the quality of the parts and the assembly instructions, and there are a few construction errors and missing parts, particularly on the turret, where a 2x2 round plate is definitely missing for the whole thing to fit properly. Furthermore, the captain's hatch doesn't open as wide as stated; if you try, the part pops right out of its holder. The figures take some getting used to, in my opinion; the articulation only offers advantages in the torso with the arms. The printing is nice, but the helmets on the tank crew, which look more like Russian tank helmets, are out of place. My conclusion: Based on the price, which isn't significantly higher or lower than other manufacturers' prices for the same product, QG still has a lot of catching up to do, both in terms of the quality of the parts, the clamping force, and the figures. The biggest joke is that various tools are included that don't match the size of the figures at all. I have to say, I'm really disappointed! We'll see, maybe the Panther is better in a larger scale, all at once. Still, at these prices, you can't go wrong ;)

Tolles Set, ja wenn da nicht 2 Fehlteile und was viel schlimmer war, die Kettenglieder. Diesmal waren da so viele Fehlgüsse bei, das die Ersatzglieder leider nicht ausgereicht haben um die Ketten zusammen zubekommen. Optisch sieht der Panzer TOP aus und auch die Steinequalität ist merklich besser geworden.

I've built 4 Quan Guan sets this one is my least favorite of them all. The tracks don't move smoothly compared to other sets from them. Turret have the same problem as tracks and I had this problem in my 38(t) that I made not so long ago. The brick quality is good but the piece that hold the long rope bricks is not tight as I would want it to be so if touched they will fall off. It's definitely model to be placed on shelf than played with. Overall 7/10

Vom Preis Leistungsverhältnis ein sehr gutes Modell, habe viele Stunden mit dem Bau verbracht. Sehr aufwendig konstruiert und optisch ein Leckerbissen. Klar mögen die Steine nicht ganz der Oberklasse angehören, aber voll in Ordnung in der Preisklasse
