    The company is good. The order came quickly. It came without instructions and I never received the pdf. I had to email customer service and they replied the next day. I really like the model and the instructions were pretty clear, however, the smoke pieces don't stick together at all and there are pieces that were substituted from the picture that is seen when you buy it.
