    - I think Rael uses Gobricks so the quality of the parts is excellent. The colors are good and the pieces have few defects. The baseplate is flat and didn't curl up. - My set wasn't missing any pieces. - It's a fun build, not too much repetition. - It looks great in my Modular City! CONS: - The colors in the instructions were hard for me to discern (I'm moderately color blind). The "artwork" on the wall was a real adventure (I needed some help figuring out the colors). - Some things don't work right, like some of the doors don't open all the way without hitting something (for example the bottom door bangs into one of the lights when you open it). - The set has some stickers, I didn't like the coffee stickers for the street sign. - The "CAFE" sign is ridiculous :). I built in but then actually took it off, I think it looks better without it. A good set, I give it a thumbs up. YWOBB did a great job and got it to me very quickly.
